AI setup for local businesses

AI that knows your business.

We set up AI with your services, prices and voice, then teach you to use it for the quotes, follow-ups and posts that eat your evenings.

Set up in person at your desk, for businesses in South King County.

The problem

Generic AI gives generic answers.

It doesn't know your business

A chat window has never seen your price list, your service area or the jobs you turn down, so you end up rewriting what it gives you.

It doesn't sound like you

Customers notice a canned reply. Your messages should read the way you'd write them on a good day.

Setting it up takes time you don't have

Figuring out what to give the AI, and how, is a project of its own. That's the part we do for you.

You're not alone. In a 2026 survey of U.S. small businesses, two thirds were already using AI and 70% of owners said they needed more training to use it well (Thryv survey, via CPA Practice Advisor).

The AI Business Brain Pilot

Four weeks from first conversation to working setup.

About four to five hours of your time in total. Most of it is talking.

  1. WEEK 1

    Discovery

We find the three tasks that take the most of your time, then record a short interview about how your business works.

  2. WEEK 2

    Your Business Brain

We draft your core documents from the interview and your existing materials. You correct them.

  3. WEEK 3

    Setup and workflows

We set everything up on your computer and build three workflows, then test them on real work from your week.

  4. WEEK 4

    Training and handoff

Two hands-on sessions and a one-page cheat sheet, so you can use it without us.

Then 30 days of email support And a 30-minute check-in to see what's working

Proof

We run our own business this way.

Evergreen Home Support, our home maintenance company, runs on its own Business Brain: documents covering the company, brand, services and marketing that the AI reads before it writes anything for us.

In your first conversation we'll show it to you on a real task, so you can see the difference between a generic answer and one that knows the business.

  • Social postsPlanned and drafted in our voice, around our services and service area
  • Blog and website contentBriefs and drafts that build on what's already published
  • Customer questionsReplies that know what we do, what we don't, and what to suggest instead

Questions

What owners usually ask.

Which AI do you use?

We set it up on Claude, made by Anthropic, using the desktop app on your computer. Your Business Brain is a set of ordinary documents, so it isn't locked to one tool.

Whose account is it?

Yours. You create the account, pay for the plan directly and keep your own passwords. We never put your business information in our account.

Is my business information safe?

We connect only the files and apps you approve, go through the privacy settings with you, and don't keep copies of your information. You can remove access at any time.

What if it gets something wrong?

It drafts and you decide. Every workflow includes a quick review step, and the training covers what to check before anything goes to a customer.

How much of my time does it take?

About four to five hours over four weeks: the discovery conversation, the interview, reviewing your documents and two training sessions.

What happens when AI tools change?

Your Business Brain is plain documents you own, so your business knowledge moves with you. If you'd like ongoing help keeping it current, we can talk about that after the pilot.
